A few weeks ago while I was watching Hayao Miyazaki's masterpiece Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, I spotted a large tank that caught my attention.
From that I built this menacing 'bad boy' full of details and features and wrapped in a total dark gray color scheme.
It's called The Hedgehog and the reason is quite obvious: dozens of dark tan claws guarantee maximum grip on all types of terrain. And the appearance resembles the small spiky mammal.
The shape is deliberately awkward and a little cartoonish. I added details and features without ever going overboard.
The upper part with the turret opens to expose a detailed little interior with such an assortment of armaments and equipment.
Last but not least, the moustached commander looks like he came out of a WW II Panzer.

Miyazaki's tanks and Tyler's beautiful Bad Guy No.1 inspired this latest tracked MOC of mine. So thank you!

The ADOBE HOUSE (or MEXICAN HOUSE) is on BRICKLINK DESIGNER PROGRAM and could become an official set!
It now needs your support, if you like it you can support it!
I created the digital model including instructions as required by the BDP and then I built the brick version as you see in this photo.
The iconic southwestern style house now in LEGO form!
This whitewashed adobe flat-roofed house is a classic example of so-called Southwestern architecture.
Adobe had been in use by indigenous peoples of the Americas in the Southwestern United States, Mesoamerica, and the Andes for several thousand years. You can still see these kind of homes in Mexico and in the southwestern of the United States indeed. It's packed with all the details and features you'd expect to find in a house like this in the middle of the desert.
About the set
The house is a visual treat, covered with nice details, from the use of printed 1X1 round tiles on the protruding ends of the logs to the plant-covered arbors that provide shady spots on the flat roof. The use of woodgrain tiles above the windows and doors adds some welcome texture amongst the white.
The set includes eye-catching floorings reflecting the designs of Central American cultures. You can find them both outside and inside the house.
Don't miss the chile ristras which hang next to the doors, the wrought-iron lever fountain and the Aloe Vera plant.
The set includes 7 minifigures including the master of the house Don Carlos, Señora Magda, the groom, the farmer, the housekeeper and two boys.
Fully detailed interiors!
The adobe house features a complete interiors with two floors: the ground floor with the living room, the bedroom and kitchen. Furthermore, on the left is the stable for thoroughbreds. On the upper floor there is the owner's study and a simple but very useful toilet.
The whole interior is chock full of details that make the set very playable. You can easily lift up the four roofs to access inside and play with the utensils and surprising accessories including table and chairs, a wood stove, a complete kitchen and many more.
And it's all so enjoyable!
With your support, hopefully we can turn the Mexican House into an actual LEGO BDP set.
Thank you all for your support, comments and shares!

2023, the year of the A-Frame Cabin!
As usual it's time to l👀k back and take stock of what I've done in the past twelve months.
2023 is undoubtedly the year of the A-Frame Cabin, many months have passed since the release of the set and it still doesn't seem real to me. Having my own set in the LEGO IDEAS line-up is definitely the most important goal I've ever achieved. It's simply insane!
Despite the various commitments related to the release of the set I have built some new MOCs. I am particularly proud of the Stilt House which is currently under review by the LEGO IDEAS team.
I just finished a new creation that I will present in mid-January, stay tuned, I will need your support.
Massive thanks to all for your continued support, it's always much appreciated & never taken for granted.
We'll talk soon, stay tuned and keep up the good work!

A couple of weeks ago I posted my fishing boat built from a Fabuland hull.
Inspired by the amazing works of the master-boat-builder and my friend Konajra I created a scene in which the Fab-Boat is in storage for maintenance.
The boat will be as good as new in the blink of an eye.

A few months ago LEGO put my A-Frame Cabin inside a glass bubble, called Terrarium, and I went crazy, it was so beautiful!
Few days after I put my Stilt House inside the Terrarium too and I loved it!
And now it's the turn of Santa's Stilt House, a sort of Snow Globe, it's so cute.
What do you think about this LEGO Snow Globe? Do you like it?
