By request, this is a rework of the plain blue Foster Yeoman version (now removed). Whilst essentially a freight locomotive, I believe this large logo blue livery had originally been proposed for the Class 58. Of course the Irish 071 Class, on which this image by Gordon Hawkins is based, was designed as a passenger locomotive, although it has latterly been confined to freight and permanent way work (02-Mar-12).
