The Leyland Tiger PS1 was the most numerous type in Alexander’s early post-war orders and, when the company was divided in 1961, Tigers were to be found operating for all three of the new businesses. Fife had 45, including AWG 558 (fleet number FPA23) depicted here, all of which were withdrawn by 1969. This digital representation in based on Alexander (Midland) CMS 200, which is preserved at the Scottish Bus Museum at Lathalmond (24-Jun-19).
