This digitally-coloured image is a reminder not only of the days when British-built fire engines were exported around the world, but also of the long-standing relationship between Dennis Brothers of Guildford and German ladder manufacturer Metz. The open-rear cab suggests that this is a bespoke design for an overseas customer, although there was no such thing as standard UK designs. I’m not sure of the chassis type, other than that it is a Dennis product, and any further information would be welcome. Thanks to Graham Newell for the original monochrome image (16-Mar-19).
