Castrol motor oils and lubricants have been around almost as long as the motor car itself. Part of British Petroleum (BP) since 2000, its brand is instantly recognisable around the world, due (in part) to its sponsorship of Formula One racing. This fictional image depicts a Castrol delivery van of the 1960s. I can't be sure that the company operated ERF KVs with this style of body, but there is a very nice LV tanker preserved in Castrol livery. In terms of models, Dinky Toys made a Bedford TK, Lledo a Karrier Bantam (for a French partwork magazine) and Base Toys a Thames Trader - all with box van bodies in Castrol livery (21-Jun-14).
