More commonly known as Pantograph cars because they were originally so fitted, the Pullman cars were purchased by Blackpool as successors to the original Blackpool & Fleetwood stock after the acquisition the latter system. This fictional image supposes that, had the Blackpool & Fleetwood Electric Tramroad remained independent, it would have made a similar purchase on its own behalf. The traditional livery, with teak-effect paintwork on the steel body, sits comfortably on the trans-Atlantic interurban body style (02-Mar-14).
