This is one of a series of images that were commissioned prior to the controversial and much publicised sale of Blackpool open-top 'Boat' tram 622 to San Francisco. My undertaking at the time was not to publish copies until they had fulfilled their commercial objective (whatever that may have been). In the absence of any update, I have concluded that this time has now passed. The structural modifications and livery are both as specified by my customer (13-Nov-13).
