I'm not a big fan of hamburgers (I stopped eating beef long time ago). However this place is cool. J.S. Burgers Cafe in Omotesandou. Tasty food, organic, eco, all waiters have beards, groovy music including live performances, a wide beer selection (yeah!), cool interior, and great fries! Hamburger 2.0 - beats Freshness Burger and Kau Aina big time.
