This bridge was first built in 211AD. A quick post & run, I am in Rome now, but will be busy with work :( I raced out to get some shots as soon as I could tonight when I got here.

Ponte Sisto, Rome
This is a dusk photo of the Ponte Sisto in Rome yesterday. The round feature in this ancient bridge was used to measure floods. When water started to flow through the "eye" hole, then a flood warning was given to the city.

Inside the Colosseum in Rome
this is a fish-eye view of the inside of the Colosseum in Rome. It was quite late in the day and the lighting conditions were "challenging" :)
