The Vasa
This ship sank in Stockholm Harbour in 1628, and was raised & preserved in 1961.
It is housed in a purpose built museum, and simply am AMAZING sight. no photo can do it justice- The mud of the Baltic Sea has no woodworm, so it is in much better condition the England's "Mary Rose" which was sunk 100 years before and raised in the 1980's.
