This Roman Bath was built in the first Century, and is built next to the only thermal spring in The U.K. The hot water bubbles up nearby, and is channeled to this pool through lead pipes that are 2000 years old!
This spring and the Temple complex was dedicated to the Goddess Minerva by the Romans.

Nazi Bunker
Inside the Nazi Bunker at Bibette Head on Alderney. It is pitch black in here and the is rust mud on the floor. The word on the wall is "beobachter" - observer in English - This was probably a telephone to the observation post outside. Taken with a flash.
