Killed by cat may 8, 2016 . today, 6 birds were escaped from the big cage, in afternoon, 4 came back (including husband of this one), only this one and one Leiothrix were disappeared. the husband kept singing inside the cage calling his wife back, he was waiting for her at the gate of the cage, but the wife didnt show up. i told him, his wife was eaten by cats already (because 3 of my cats were out whole day too). but the husband kept singing until dusk. when i came downstairs, i discovered the death body of this one (his wife) in our bathroom. i brought up, put on the roof of parrot's house. 8 others Leiothrix in the cage, one White-rumped shama (Copsychus malabaricus), one couple of Oriental magpie-robin (Copsychus saularis), one Red-whiskered bulbul (Pycnonotus jocosus) flew from other cage corners to near by the body. they looked at the body curiously and then started singing with different songs the song that like they calling for other birds attention not the song they sing everyday. The husband was still in other corner of the cage singed but fewer. After that I brought the body near by, the husband looked at the body for so long. since that moment he didnt sing to call his wife anymore. This morning he is quiet. not sing as he often does in other mornings. how i wish i did bring camera to record those moments.

6 con ra ngoài chơi, 4 con biết đường quay về, còn 1 quế lâm và con vợ này. thằng chồng về chuồng trước cứ hót gọi vợ về. từ chiều đã bảo thằng chồng là nó bị mèo bắt rồi, chồng nó ko tin vẫn hót, đến khi tìm thấy xác con vợ đem lên, để trên mái chuồng vẹt, 8 con quế lâm, 2 vợ chồng nhà chòe than, và chòe lửa, chào mào cũng bay đến gần đứng quanh cái xác. sáo hâm thì đứng trong chuồng nghển cổ nhìn cái xác. quế lâm hót 1 cách khác thường (cách mà bọn chúng thường gọi nhau khi phát hiện ra cái gì đó lạ), thằng chồng vẫn đứng đằng xa hót nhưng hót ít hơn, giọng bé hơn. chỉ đến khi đem xác con vợ đến gần cho thằng chồng nhìn thấy, nó mới thôi ko hót nữa.
