An exterior view of the five-story main building on the William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park campus in Little Rock. Dedicated in 2004, it is both the most expensive and largest of the thirteen U.S. presidential libraries in terms of physical area. The modernist structure, constructed primarily of steel and glass, was designed by Polshek Partnership Architects, led by James Polshel and partner Roger Olcott.

Bill Clinton, the 42 President of the United States, served in office from 1993-2001.

This photograph was taken from the former Rock Island Railroad Bridge, which was constructed in 1899 over the Arkansas River. The railroad bridge was converted into a pedestrian bridge and, in 2011, was dedicated and renamed the Clinton Park Bridge.
