Sunday afternoon doodle. Building on the pencil sketch from my last blog entry. I need magnifier spectacles now, which is a really horrible admission. This time I was more strategic in my placement of the big circles and worked around them. Composition seems better.
I also had a nightmare trying to re-point this blog to my main mydoghasnono.se domain. I totally messed up the whole site, but a couple of backup restores seemed to bring me back to normal. Then I read the manual, so things might go a little better next time.

On one of several work calls this week, doodling and definitely paying attention. Doodling has always helped me concentrate on the conversations, even though it may not look like it. One of my doodling pursuits is to attain the perfect free-hand circle. This should be in my sketchbook, but it's not always at hand. I also get a mental block with my sketchbook sometimes. It's like I'm scared to make a mark on the page and end up with a less than pristine journal of creative endevours. It's stupid I know.
Another idea for another day. Next time using some different types of pens and covering far more space than this one inch square.

Back from far too long away. I will keep these posts short and sweet. This is a recurring doodle of some daggers I like to draw absent mindedly.
Knives and guns are a favourite of mine and I will dig through my archives and re-post a lot of these artworks from the few years I've been ignoring my blog site.
My doodle posts are really ideas from my sketchbook. They might turn into anything, and more often they will fizzle out. But I intend to post pretty much anything I like in this category.
These seem like medieval daggers or fat swords. I am sure someone will have a correct name for them. I might make some more and see if it makes a nice selection on A4.
I've been working recently with Procreate on the iPad, so I might progress them there and see if a bit of colour brings some more inspiration
