Almost missed this shot as I tried my best to ignore the storm moving in this afternoon. Finally, I just couldn't hold out any more and jumped in the truck for the short drive over to the Disneyland resort. As I arrived, the wind had just picked up and the storm finally blewin. (NWS forecast for today: Mostly sunny. Riiiight.) In spite of the inclement weather, the daily flag retreat ceremony took place as scheduled. After grabbing a few shots, I headed down to Frontierland where I ran into several Flickr friends who were in town for our big Charlotte Morgan meet tomorrow. It could stand a bit more work, but it's now after 2 AM as I just finished closing out the park with Ryan Pastorino. I also met Andy Castro from Micechat who was also closing out the park on the same night. I had a great time shooting with friends tonight and I'm looking forward to round two tomorrow!
