After I moved to Oklahoma, I did this "pony tab" for the Seminole Producer newpaper. It was done in the style of the old The Spirit newspaper suppliments by Will Eisner. It won best advertising promotion in the state for 1985. It was drawn by Richard "Grass" Green, featured characters from my comic strip, Holiday Out, and was written by yours truly. I also sold and designed all of the advertising in the tabloid (which I have not scanned), and I'm very proud of this piece. The stores shown were actual stores in Seminole at the time.
