This had to be one of the creepiest things I've ever seen in my life. Driving through the empty streets in a totally abandoned supberb of New Orleans. Every house had an orange X spray-painted on it with a date, and a number. The number represented how many people were found dead in the house.

This isn't new... I Just changed the date on this one. (Oh no... I'm a re-poster)

Just wanted to wish a happy Veterans Day to all the brave men and women who serve this country.

I remember all the years I worked as a photojournalist, shooting photos for a newspaper. I was always expected to be in about 11 different towns at exactly 11:11 on 11/11 to shoot their Veterans Day ceremony. The boss was always pissed at me that somehow I missed like, 9 of them.

This is the original description from 2 1/2 years ago.

I saw this huge flag this morning and loved the way the sun was hitting it. This was right across the street from whatever the hell town this is that I'm staying in. I can't even remember. There are so many dumpy, ugly little towns in inland Florida. They all have nice names that make them sound so appealing. They should come up with names that are more descriptive of the town itself. "Hello, I'm vacationing in Buttcrack, Florida. It's warm and sunny here."

Here's an infrared version of the same waterfall in Alabama that I uploaded a couple of days ago.

Special thanks to my friend Mr. BamaWester for steering me to this place. And for letting me live in his driveway for a few days. Check out his photos, he's the master of Alabama waterfalls.

The countries of Epcot. This one was a great big pain in the ass! I wanted to get this shot with no people in it. There was always a dozen people walking through this archway. So, I put the camera on a tripod and shot a dozen times. The people were in different places on each frame. each frame had a small piece that didn't have a person in it. I just cut out all the little pieces until all the people were gone.

Sunset, somewhere in Eastern Oklahoma. Honestly, I have no idea where the hell I was when I shot this. I do however remember that I was being bitten by the largest mosquitoes I have EVER seen!
