This is the door to a home in St Augustine which was built in the late 1800's as a replica of the Alehambra Palace in Spain, which was built in the 12th century by the Moops. I mean the Moors.

This has to be one of the most amazing animals on the face of the planet! No... This isn't a floating chunk of seaweed, it's an actual animal. It's a relative of the Sea Horse. I shot this guy at the Tampa Bay aquarium.

I tried desperately to get some nice, artistic photos of the old fort, while I was in St Augustine. It's not an easy thing to photograph. It's interesting, but not very pretty. Actually, I know some people like that too.

Anna Maria Island has some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. I love these Australian Pines. These are found all around the beaches in southerm Florida. Although, apparently, they are very invasive and are killing off all the native trees, I like em... They're pretty!

I just had to post one more of this absolutely amazing tree. This is the gigantic Ficus tree in Selby Gardens, Sarasota, Florida. This should conclude my Florida crap. I will now continue the review of my nine month roadtrip.
