This is an old favorite. I shot this around 1990, during my only wintertime trip to Maine. This was near Bar Harbor. I just love the screaming color of the lobster pot buoys against the softness of the background. This is a very old shot. I think this was shot on Fugichrome slide film with an old 4x5 Graflex camera.

Lubec. The easternmost point in the US. This is the Lubec lighthouse. I just loved the fog blowing across the surface of the water. This was an amazing morning of shooting. I think I'll do #10 in the morning. It's getting late.

This is the famous Bass Harbor Head light, in Acadia. I love the fact that it's foggy in the foreground, but the blue sky is showing at the top. A bank of fog was blowing across the surface of the harbor.
