I'll start at the beginning, but this shot is from the middle of our most recent backpacking trip. Five days, four nights on a 36 mile loop in the southwest corner of Rocky Mountain National Park with about total of 6,000 feet in elevation over multiple climbs between 8,000 and 12,000 feet above sea level.

A road through the middle of Rocky Mountain National Park divides the park in half. Portions of the road reach about 12,000 ft elevation and have lookouts along the way. Every view is amazing.
