The photo above is a second shot from the magnificent mile illumination image I posted a while back. I hope that everyone has an illuminating Thursday!

I wanted to use the photo in the comments below as my sky post but it isn't good enough to make the cut. That image was taken in the spring and I choose to interpret it as a sign that this is the Chicago Bears year. Although we are only three games in and have had mixed results, I think this might be our year to put it together. At least I really, really hope so! :)

I wish the fan base and talking sports heads would remember that we have new offensive players, a new offensive coach and a new offensive system in place this year. When that happens, it takes at least 6-8 games for the timing to work and the players to meld togehter. How do they not understand this?!
