While Spanish Revival was the most popular architectural style in Southern California between the late teens and the late 1920s, the style is almost a rarity in the prestigious Madison Heights neighborhood of Pasadena. What you are more likely is a mix of Victorian or Queen Anne style homes from the late 1890s up until the turn of the century, followed by Craftsman style in the teens. By the time the late teens arrive the predominant style switches to the Colonial Revival; the changing style reflects the region's Midwest roots.
The house last sold in July 2005 for $2.5M.
