Architect J. J. Blick designed the two-story single-family residence combining American Foursquare and Craftsman styles in 1913. The house is located at located at 203 Bellefontaine Avenue in the historic Markham Place district of Pasadena, California.

The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in March 2013. The house is the home of the Pasadena Ronald MacDonald House.

Prolific architect Frederick L. Roehrig is believed to be the architect of this single family residence designed in the Shingle Style. The house has a cross-gabled roof and a short half-turret that joins the front-facing gable. The upper stories are sheathed in shingles while the first story is clad in clapboard.
