Designed for Attorney Henry O. Wheeler by Architects David D. Witmer & Loyall F. Watson in 1923. The two-story English Tudor style house if made of reinforced concrete; the wide "board marks" are especially noticeable, unusual for the style, perhaps imitating the look of stone. Located at 2020 N. Edgemont Street.
