Clive Wilkinson Architects designed the Modernist style building as headquarters for KCRW Radio in 2018. The new 34,00 sq. ft. facility is licensed to Santa Monica College and is part of the NPR (National Public Radio) network and features an outdoor stage, indoor audience viewing gallery and a performance studio. The studio is an integral part of the Santa Monica College Center for Media and Design campus.

Architect Clive Wilkinson designed the four-story two-level condominium complex in 2007. Each of the nine units feature floor-to-ceiling windows and walkways that give each unit a sense of privacy and access to the outdoors. Most units have two patios with rough-sawed natural cedar planks and gray metal cladding. The upper-level floors are hardwood; the lower floor units have either polished concrete, stained concrete or hardwood. The units were priced between $549,000 and $1.2M.
10 Palms is located at 6683 Franklin Avenue in the Whitley Heights neighborhood of Hollywood.
