Soajo is a village in the parish of Arcos de Valdevez, Portugal along the northern frontier of Portugal and Spain. The Soajo mountain range is the sixth highest mountain range in Portugal located in the counties of Arcos de Valdevez, Melgaço and Monção. Pictured are a set of granaries (espigueiros) above the village. The granaries also know as hórreos are built of wood or stone and raised above the ground by pillars.

Praia da Rocha (English: "Rock Beach") is a beach and built up area on the Atlantic Ocean in the southern section of the concelho of Portimão, Algarve, southern Portugal. Nearby Praia dos Tres Castelos beach is well known for its peculiar limestone rock formations standing near the shore.

Portuguese architect Mateus Vicente de Oliveira designed the Palace of Queluz in the Rococo style completed in 1747. It was designed for Peter III who became King of Portugal by the accession of his wife and niece Queen Maria I in 1777, and co-reigned alongside her until his death. The Music Room is decorated in a more neoclassical style than the other state rooms, reflecting its redesign in the period following the Baroque Rococo in the final half of the 18th century.

The Rossio is the popular name of the King Pedro IV Square (Portuguese: Praça de D. Pedro IV) in the city of Lisbon, in Portugal. It is located in the Pombaline Downtown of Lisbon and has been one of its main squares since the Middle Ages. It has been the setting of popular revolts and celebrations, bullfights and executions, and is now a preferred meeting place of Lisbon natives and tourists alike.
