Architect J. R. Davidson designed the International Style house in 1948. The house is unique in a setting of mostly period revival style homes. Originally planned as a two-story structure however a client for the design did not materialize. Davidson modified the plans to suit the needs of a family who came forward with a site in Toluca Lake. Located at 10152 West Toluca Lake Avenue in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.

The English Storybook style house was built in 1928 for Frank Orald Graves and his wife Cora N. Baker in 1928. Graves was born in Ontario, Canada on April 28, 1890. He was an electrical superintendent for the Universal Film Company. He died in Los Angeles on June 8, 1941.

Contractor E. E. Wyatt designed and built he English Tudor style home for legendary Hollywood entertainer Bing Crosby in 1933. Crosby lived in the house with his first wife actress/nightclub singer Dixie Lee from until 1936.

Eclectic style house designed for publisher George P. Putnam and his wife pioneer aviatrix Amelia Earhart in 1936. Earhart lived here will preparing for her around the world flight that began in 1937. During the flight she disappeared over the central Pacific Ocean near Howland Island. She was finally declared dead on January 5, 1939 at the age of 41.
