Architect Joe Estep designed the English Tudor Revival style house for J.D. Peeler in 1933. The house is located at 131 North June Street in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The five bedroom, six-and-one-half bath mansion last sold in June 2001 for $1.75 M. I always find it quite amazing that such grand houses managed to be built in the middle of the Great Depression!
