Architects Alice Fung and Michael Blatt designed the Modernist style house for building contractor Timothy F. Lefevre in 2006. Lefevre is a third generation Los Angeles builder. He is closely associated with Moule & Polyzoides Architects having collaborated on three projects. I had a pleasure of meeting Mr. Lefevre at the house yesterday and hope to return after the pandemic is over.
