Craftsman style bungalow originally built in 1920. The house is one of a growing number of endangered vintage properties being threatened by development in South Glendale, in this case a planned five-story, 44-unit multi-family residential building. Preservation advocates are asking the Glendale City Council to postpone a decision to raze the structure as well as one next door, requiring the developer to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
