Streamline Moderne style building with a nautical theme, the building has served as city hall and headquartes for the Los Angeles Harbor Department. The firm Pulliam and Matthews have renovated the building for its current use as the Los Angeles Maritime Museum. Located at the east end of 6th Street at Harbor Boulevard in San Pedro. Dedicated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1975 (No. 146) and listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Architect Norman Marsh designed the First Baptist Church of San Pedro in a Beaux Arts style in 1919. Note the dramatic Egyptian Revival style columns. Designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 505) in 1990.

Theater architect B. Marcus Priteca designed the Art Deco-Moderne style movie palace in 1931. Designer Anthony Heinsbergen designed the interiors. The building was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No 251) in 1982 and listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

A gift from the Republic of South Korea in commemoration of the United States Bicentennial. The bell was designed by Kim Se-jung and patterned after the largest Oriental bell in existence, the bronze bell of King Sondok. Designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 187) in 1978.
