The central 'ship' is surrounded by small shops resembling a European village. It has been used as a location in many films, including L.A. Confidential and The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. Derragh also contributed the Coca Cola Bottling Company, another 'marooned ship' located south of downtown Los Angeles.
