Architect Edward B, Rust designed the English Tudor style house for building contractor Luther T. Mayo (1884-1968) and his wife Marguerite in 1923. The house is located at 330 S. Irving Blvd. in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Since 1994, the home of Michael and Priscilla H Wright, owner of Plucky's Parties. Priscilla Wright is a model who was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month in March 1966.
