Architect Michael Maltzan designed the Modernist style house for Lari Pittman and Roy Dowell in 2009. A 875' addition, pool and cabana were completed in 2021. The house became the main residence of the George and Dorothy Serulnic designed by Richard Neutra a half century earlier. The compound is currently (June 2022) listed for sale for $8.8M.
