Architect Judson Pittam designed the Modernist style house in 1964. As an Air Force pilot in WWII, Judd saw the historic buildings of Europe and fell in love with architecture. As soon as he returned to the USA, he enrolled in the USC School of Architecture, from which he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree. After graduation, he began his career under the mentorship of Edward H. Frickett, FAIA, here is Los Angeles. Judd’s architectural resume includes many residential and condominium projects in Los Angeles and San Diego County as well as a number of notable churches.
