Architect Whitney R. Smith designed the Hueneme Bay Townhomes, a 55+ community of 773 attached homes in 1963. At the center of the community is the clubhouse where residents meet to socialize, attend group meetings in one of two meeting rooms, join a game of poker in the card room. Amenities include a computer room, pool and spa, barbecue area, patio, and a par 3 9-hole golf course.
