Architect Henry J. Knauer designed the Craftsman style house for stock broker Leslie L. and Lillian Breedlove Sheldon in 1912. The second owner, Bryon L. Graves, was involved with Ford Motor Company and was a founder of Western Air Express, one of the first airplane delivery services in the world. The house was designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument (No. 1103) in 2016. Located at 209 South Wilton Place in the Wilton Place National Register Historic District, Los Angeles, California.
