Architect Richard Neutra designed the International style house for Albert and Patricia Leddy in 1958. Albert Murray Leddy was Kern County District Attorney between 1971 and 1982. He died on April 24, 2002 at the age of 76. As of March 2021, Patricia is still living in the house. Located at 2501 Dracena Street in Bakersfield, California.
