Architects Alice Fung and Michael Blatt designed the Modernist style house for building contractor Timothy F. Lefevre in 2006. Lefevre is a third generation Los Angeles builder. He is closely associated with Moule & Polyzoides Architects having collaborated on three projects. I had a pleasure of meeting Mr. Lefevre at the house yesterday and hope to return after the pandemic is over. The sun was directly behind the house upon my arrival causing the silhouette effect in the photos seen here. The house is located at 3760 Mayfair Drive in the Mt.
