Author Patrick Pascal, in his book, Kesling Modern Structures: Popularizing Modern Design in Southern California 1934-1962 states, "clearly a Kesling design, but due to his criminal conviction, it may not have been built under his supervision. Records do not survive." Located at 412 Glen Holly Drive in the South Arroyo neighborhood of Pasadena, California.
