Architects Pierpont and Walter S. Davis deigned the Colonial Revival style house for A. Chatiner in 1922. The house is located at 1215 South Gramercy Place in the Country Club Park Historic Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) of Los Angeles, California.
