The Streamline Moderne style Nicholl Building operates as the Toluca Lake Health Center for the Motion Picture & Television Fund. The center was made possible by a gift from Gladys “Gee” Nicholl, a long-time benefactor of the MPTF and widow of writer and producer Don Nicholl. Nicholl who was producer or executive producer on All in the Family, The Jeffersons, Three’s Company, and the Ropers among others.
The building is located at 4323 Riverside Drive in Burbank, California.
