Born on 22nd of February, Mrs. Betta is a kind and sweet lady living in Bologna (Emilia and Romagna region - Italy) and gave me the recipe for this delicious cake; she was very happy to share it with me and now with all of you, My Friends, all over the world...

♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨♨


♨ INGREDIENTS :♨
- 200 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g crumbled amaretti (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amaretti_di_Saronno)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g ricotta (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ricotta)
- 100 g butter
- 16 g chemical yeast for cakes

♨ PROCEDURE: ♨
You have two prepare two different mixes:
1) SHORTPASTRY:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 16 g yeast for cakes
mix together better with your hands
2) FILLING
- 200 g amaretti
- 200 g ricotta
- 100 g sugar
mix together

- Cover a baking dish (better a ceramic one suitable to be used into a oven)
with the shortpaste;
- put the filling on it;
- create a decoration you wish with some short paste over it (i create the name of my Friend);
- put in the oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes
- you can decorate it as you prefer....
