A unique place, an ancient country house of the seventeenth century, prestigious residence of the Doge Giustiniani.
The Villa Giustinian, typical Venetian Villa qualified by a solemn main body and two lateral side, is now owned by Ornella Molon Traverso.
The beautiful and impressive park of Villa Giustinian extends for a good 35,000 square meters. A concentration of traditions and culture, a green mirror of ancient and modern splendour, the park is often the theatre for receptions and parties, where the Veneto Villa acts as a beautiful surround.
In this part of the story is passed with a capital S. The area to the south-east of Italy, across the plains of the Piave, has fertile soil grease, good for the screws, but also the pedigree of noble places, made so by men and events that have left deep furrows in the memory. That must be why Ornella Molon Traverso, when he decided in 1982 to devote his life to wine, he chose as the site of his cellar a Venetian villa, former residence of the Doge Giustiniani in the seventeenth century. With such a wealth of history must necessarily good wine. Ornella Molon has believed from the beginning of its activity: «I was so fascinated by this profession in short I hopelessly infected my husband Giancarlo, that builder has dropped the brick to devote himself body and soul to the screws».
