The highest peak in this image is Monte Fitz Roy which is also called Cerro Chalten. In local language it means smoking mountain. Yes, most of time Fitz Roy is smoking. Here was the most dramatical one during my 7 days in El Chalten.

It was another beautiful night to shoot stars. Although the Milky Way was not at the right position, the moon rose and lit up icebergs on the lake and made the night like a dream.

Ruta 40 is one of longest road in the world. We drove in the dark from El Calafate to El Chalten and missed lots of scenery. During 7 days in Chalten, we had to drive back to capture it's beauty.
