This was taken right outside of Kiruna, Sweden during a snowmobile tour of Swedish Lapland. We were super fortunate to have been able to see these even though it was just for 10-15 min. Seeing the northern lights was high on my list of things I want to see before I die, so I'm incredibly thankful. The temperature was consistently around -20 Fahrenheit up here, and one of our tour guides said it got to around -40 Fahrenheit. It was painfully cold even with all the warm clothes they provide! Here's one of my favorite photos from my two month Europe trip this past summer. London was one of my last stops of the trip, and this outing in particular was one of the last times I brought the tripod out to get some photos. I am pretty happy with how this one turned out and how I got two of the classic double decker red buses blurred with Big Ben.
A big thanks to everyone who liked and favorited my last photo of Burano. Flickr is funny in that I would've never expected it to get so much attention. Hope you all have a great week!
