The Historische Eisenbahn's 322 607 on the the latest Hafenbahn run in march this year. There is always one of several diesel locomotives (www.historische-eisenbahn-frankfurt.de/fahrzeuge-3/) on one side of the train, but despite doing half the job, probably more reliably and at lower cost, they always play twentieth fiddle. Well, as with cameras, spec sheets aren't everything ;)

Canon A-1 (that light leak has been fixed since then) and Canon FD 35-70 f/2.8-f/3.5 (seems to have been a desirable lens in its days, but damn, this thing is heavy!), Kodak Ultramax 400 developped with the Rollei C41 kit @ 100°F according to instructions, digitalized using kit zoom with macro rings.

Thank you everyone for your visits, faves and comments, they are always appreciated :)

The Historische Eisenbahn's 52 4867 on the latest Hafenbahn run in march this year. I thought this place would be a more fitting spot for a picture than the riverside. For more info on these trains and their upcoming trips, please check historische-eisenbahn-frankfurt.de.

Another picture of the same train. I had gotten off it to enjoy the view and make a few pictures, and it drove off without me.

The Historische Eisenbahn's 52 4867 got to pull the today's Hafenbahn train. Quite a sight in this generous (for Frankfurt standard) coat of snow. Since it was the "Teddytag" - any kid bringing a Teddy bear along got a free ride - teddy bears are sitting in front of the locomotive. No idea when the next Hafenbahn day is, but it's certainly worth checking at historische-eisenbahn-frankfurt.de. Oh, and by the way, even though it's going very slow - it is a pretty much a pedestrian area after all - that train still goes pretty fast as far as pictures taking is concerned. Better have your framing figured out and your autofocus point chosen.

01 118 (www.historische-eisenbahn-frankfurt.de) on the 15. Frankfurter Tag der Verkehrsgeschichte

Revue 700 EL, Ilford Delta 400 in Rodinal 1+50 for 18 minutes @ 20°C. First time I tried that film, won't be the last. Digitalized with a Revuenon 135mm f/2.8 @ f/16. Not quite sure it's bringing anything over f/11. Oh, and by the way, it's not flare are the bottom, it's steam.

Thank you everyone for your visits, faves and comments, they are always appreciated :)
