You make a little fire underneath to warm up the water. Works perfect when there is no power and you don't have time to make a campfire. It is about 14 inches high and 5 inches wide.

This is the inner hall of Kashima Jingu Shrine. It is located in the area that's captured in the aerial photo (the previous image). The inner hall is situated in the innermost of the 150,000 square meter shrine site. Even the path from the main hall is 300 meters long.
In the shrine, I saw several large and small halls, ceremonies, Shinto priests walking in a procession, hundreds of worshippers, forests, steams coming out of trees and thatched roofs, spray of water dropping as it had snowed on the previous day, natural sunlight, and colourful ghosting flares through my lens.

The Circus is a historic street of large townhouses in the city of Bath, Somerset, England, forming a circle with three entrances. Designed by the prominent architect John Wood, the Elder, it was built between 1754 and 1768, and is regarded as a pre-eminent example of Georgian architecture.

Sorry for all the blurb but I thought I would share the reason for the title!

Have a great weekend Flickr peeps!

I have had this image in my mind for a little while since I first bought this vintage VW van as a Christmas decoration. I love both VW vans and vintage Christmas decorations so this makes me happy.

We had some snow earlier this week and today it is going to be quite mild with the forecast predicting a "green Christmas" in my area so I figured I better get out there and use what little snow is left and get to work on my photo. I ended up placing the van on some snow in our backyard and then adding a snowy texture as an overlay during editing. I think it turned out pretty well as my photo editing skills are pretty basic other than a few tweaks here and there. :)

Are you all ready for Christmas? I still have my wrapping to do but it'll get done in the next day or two.

I hope you are having a wonderful day. Cheers!
