One of the remaining structures in Rhyolite, Nevada. I'm always fascinated by Ghost towns. The settlement started in the first few years of the 1900's, and by 1907 it was a town with water and electricity, with a hospital, banks, school, opera house, train station and about 5000 people. Nobody lived there by 1920.

A quick drive down to the Grand Canyon (3 days) before returning to work tomorrow. Spectacular as always, with lots of snow on the rim, and a dusting on the walls.
