I was on my porch. By March the sun sets directly across the lake from the house. In early winter it sets towards our main channel on the lake.

The pole is something I put out for the Kingfisher which he loves. Sadly, the heavy rains brought our winter lake levels up before I realized and now someone will have to retrieve my Shepard's pole, but the kingfisher is blissful. The lake will almost double in size by May.

I'm waiting on a ND filter to go with my lens which I got for my birthday two weeks ago, but ISO 31 helped tremendously with the F22 F-Stop.

The sun was setting as we left the Lake Trail at the park this evening. We would have stayed until the sky was more ablaze but we were afraid they would lock the gate and we would not be able to get our car out. Many trees are still loaded with colorful leaves, but there are many already down too. It was like summer here today. 90% chance of rain tomorrow.
